M V Management Consultants was formed with the idea of providing excellent manpower to the clients as per their requirement and expectations. We take great efforts to make sure we arrive at the right candidate all the time. A study of the requirement and the possible sources is done before short listing the candidates. Our selection process is customized so that the candidates shortlisted have the required aptitude and attitude for the job.

Temporary Hiring:

M V Management Consultants is also into temporary staffing and contract staffing. We can recruit candidates to work for a certain time period, which is renewable at the end of the period according the requirement of the client. If the client is interested in absorbing the candidates, the candidates can be taken into their payrolls at a later point of time.

We can assure you of good results by way of long-term employee retention and replacement of any employee as and when required. We are already having few employees working on our payrolls with some of our major clients.


Recruitment Process at M V Management Consultants:


1. Resource Requisition from client:

Based on the business needs, client will request for the resource which is mutually agreed format which comprises with the parameters like Job Description, CTC to be offered, Job Location, Job Specifications etc.


2. Requirement Analysis:

It’s our practice to understand and study the requirement. At this stage, personnel from M V Management Consultants will meet HR Personnel from the client to understand the requirement to develop the market intelligence.


3. Resource Identification

Once the requirement is freezed, the same is forwarded to our sourcing specialists. The specialized team will identify the resources from different channels like referrals, E groups, Social Networks, Blogging.


4. Interview process


A SPOC from M V Management Consultants will coordinate the interview process with the client and the candidate.


5. Joining

This is considered a crucial stage, since it is a deciding factor of efforts & time invested by client and M V Management Consultants team. We have developed a model to follow up with the candidate joining. Based on the model, it would help us to identify if any alerts to be given to clients.
